R3 LM D55.....

Down another -1.2 this morning! Yesterday was so beautiful. I went running around the lake and then went and laid by the pool before work. It was a busy day there, and then I came home and played volleyball till I couldn't move anymore :) I ended the day in the hot tub and then crashed! My abs are so sore from Monday! I guess I need to work them out more often :) Here was yesterday:

  6. Meg- I don't know what your blog is. I tried clicking on your name, but it did not give a blog. What is it?
    In p3 you can have any steaks you like :) Fat content is fine. On steak days I always try to eat at least a pound, to 1.5 lbs. The bigger the steak, the better the results :)

    Darby- I love dance, volleyball, running and kickboxing. Life is too short to do exercise you don't enjoy :) And it's not work when you're having fun :)
