UPDATE!!
I have just been notified by Mr. Smart, of Pounds and Inches Away (Lethbridge) that "you do not have authorization to post our contact information on your blog, get it off now!!!!" So, I have now removed their contact information from the previous post. I guess the only option for those needing any further assistance would be to contact Pounds and Inches Away directly. I am sure they can help you with whatever you need.
Jen P I'm so sorry this has happened to you. You deserve a lot better. You are such a caring person, and I know your clients were helped tremendously by your knowledge and that care. To do this and react in such a despicable way, these people sound like a sorry lot. You were trying to do the right thing to help your clients, and they obviously don't give a whit about their paying clients who have invested in their business. I'm sure these clients have a LOT of questions about where their money is, and how they can either receive a refund or continue treatment.
ReplyDeleteYou've done the best you could. I'm so very sorry that your position has ended this way. I know what it is like to lose your job unexpectedly, and to try to figure out all the emotions surrounding that. You are a strong woman. You are gifted with understanding how people tick. There is another, better position out there waiting for you to find it. This door wouldn't be closed to you, without something better waiting in the wings.
I'm sending you LOTS of great big hugs today- much love to you.
Sorry to hear about your position. I think it's very unprofessional to up and close liek that w/o warning. I don't understand why businesses do that. That's happened to me before.
ReplyDeleteIf their contact info is publicly available on the internet, you do not have to remove it from your site. That is intimidation at best and is really, really lame.
