Down -0.2! Not much but still something :) Today is 28 days since last TOM. Normally I am on a 28-30 day cycle, so it should be any time. I went to dance class last night, and had a BLAST! If you ever feel stressed.....DANCE! It makes all your troubles disappear:) Today will be weights!! Here was yesterday:
I like the one hour a week concept. Right now because I am so close to race day I am doing 400-600 calories (100-150) grams of protein. I am going for 12 days with a carb load on days 13 and 14, then abother 12 days, after that I will go P3 low carb still and keep it to the one hour a week.
ReplyDeleteFinally got the balls to weigh myself this morning....geez I thought it would be much worse as I feel like Im pregnant with a belly...thank you Cortisol...I normally never carry weight on my waist, so I am going to assume, either I am pregnant...(highly unlikely) or I am stressed and need to manage that MUCH better than I currently am.
Good job keeping the diet clean!

I make it in excel! I just input the numbers myself. But now that I have done so many I just copy and paste to create meals for the day!
