Homemade Chocolates!

I forgot in my post to include the recipe for these yummy legal treats! I got some mini muffin paper cups and put some nuts and raisins in the bottom of each one. Then take the cocoa crack and spoon over the top. Put in the fridge until hardened. Who needs See's Candies???

For those of you who forgot the cocoa crack recipe:

2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 packet NuStevia
5 drops english toffee stevia
* I add about 2 Tbsp unsweetened fine shredded coconut.

  1. O.K. Jen,
7 day stall! Serious any suggestions for breaking it? I've done an apple day. Down .6 the next day but up the next day to the same. 120 oz of water. Stopped the melba crackers. I think I read somewhere maybe to do a load day and shock your system? Have you heard that? I'm sort of afraid to because I don't want to gain. What do you think? Just by shear numbers and the laws of nature, it's GOT to move soon!

  2. Lily- if you make them let me know what you think :)

Molly- 7 days!! Bummer. I have not heard of the load day to shock the system, and I know what you mean about not wanting to gain. I would think you would have to move eventually. Do you think you are having any immunity issues since you are cycling? Tell me again how long you were on this round before the break, how long your break was, and how long you have been on again. Maybe the body is saying is is done for now. In the last week of my rounds it seems like my body only loses a little and it doesn't want to give up any more!! Apple days did not do anything for me, only .2!

  3. Well, I was on for 28 days and then an 18 day break. I'm on day 17 right now. The thing is if I was building an immunity I would think that I would be hungry and I'm not at all. I guess I'm just holding out that it's GOT to break.

  4. Well if you are not hungry and can wait it out then, why not! I need to get out the manual again and read about immunity. I can't remember if it said you would be hungry or if the weight loss would just come to a stand still. I will look that one up and post in the morning :) What is your total loss for the 28 days and the 17?

  5. Well on the 28 day - 20 lb loss. On the 17 days so far - 12 lbs. 120 oz. of water a day. 3 miles walking a day. I'll let you know when I weigh in tomorrow morning. Another thing though - I've never really plateaued before. First one. Mind you a LONG one but still first one.
