R3 LM D16... Oh, Oh, Oh....It's Magic!
Down another pound this morning! That is 4 pounds in 4 days! Yesterday I raised my calories and did not workout since I take 2 days off. Just followed the carb rule and voila! Too cool :) Here is what I ate yesterday. I had a piece of a nut bar that I did not know the calorie count of. So I figure I would add another 50-75 cals for that, bringing it closer to 2000 cals.
WOW! That's amazing, Jen!!!
ReplyDeleteJen- you are an inspiration! Your 'positivity' is infectious!
ReplyDeleteYay Jen! Those are some awesome results. I am in the midst of reading Primal Blueprint today. :) I love that you shared the quantity of your foods. Very helpful! Thanks
ReplyDeleteJen,, in your columns, what are you tracking? Starting from left to right: fat? protein? calories or is one of these carbs?
ReplyDeleteI think 4 lbs in four days is astounding. You are truly dedicated to keeping fit and healthy and it's very inspiring.
ReplyDeleteAmie Sue-
ReplyDeleteI am only tracking the protein and carbs. From the left it is protein, carbs, and calories. I try to keep the protein at .7 to 1.0 lbs per pounds of lean body mass. That is 76.3 to 109 for me. The carbs at 100 or less. I am varying the overall calories but leaving those two things the same. Works like a charm so far, and I don't feel deprived at all.
Thanks everyone for the encouragement!
