Pounds and Inches Away!!!! Info!

As you all know I got a new job with Pounds and Inches Away! It is located in Draper, Ut. We have finally gotten all of our new options available! Here they are:

1. Full 8 week HCG program. Includes starter kit, all literature and videos, and full support. Currently, this is our Spring special for $299!

2. Need to do more than one round? Try our FREE HCG program! $87 per month for 6 months! 2 Bottles of HCG for free within the 6 month period and all the client initiated support you need!

3. Support only! $87 for 4 weeks of support. You decide what help you need and when!

4. DIY HCG!! Already know what you are doing? Then just come on in and pick up your HCG! First time is $97, and then only $75 there after. This is the 2oz bottle and will last 30 days with .5cc's 3 times per day!

About Me

I lost 75 lbs between Jan. 9, 2009 and March 4th, 2010. I lost the first 35 on my own and then hit the plateau. I started my first round of HCG on Aug 19th, 2009 and finished my third round March 4th, 2010. I maintained that pretty well thru the end of the year. Then all hell broke loose and so did the diet :) I regained about 25lbs of the 75lbs I lost. I started HCG again, and then with a lot of research realized that maybe HCG was not the answer. I am now in the process of learning lifelong eating habits, and also learning more about my metabolism and how to make it more effective. This is my journey....

p2 Recipe Ideas

Almost Chili: Portion lean hamburger or chicken, portion tomato,salt, pepper, chili powder,cumin. Cook meat in frying pan. Add tomatoes and maybe a TBSP water and the spices. Simmer till heated thru. SO GOOD!
Strawberry Chocolate Sorbee/Slush: portion of FROZEN strawberries, 1/2-3/4 cup water, few ice cubes, 1 TBSP cocoa powder, stevia to taste. Blend until smooth. Need a really good blender or set strawberries out to thaw a little bit before hand. This was really good.
Strawberry Ice Cream: cottage cheese portion, frozen strawberry portion, stevia to taste, tbsp of milk if you haven't use it today, drop or two of vanilla. Blend until creamy. Might need tiny bit of water to get it going in the blender.
Lemon Icee: 1/2 lemon juiced, 1 cup water, 1 cup ice, 1 stevia packet, 1 strawberry optional. Put in blender until icee texture. Yum!
Dressing for Strawberry Spinach Salad: 1/2c water, 1/4 white vinegar, 3 packets stevia, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds. Spinach with chicken, strawberries and this dressing is great.
