R4 P2 D18...

Down -0.6 lbs! I really thought it was going to be a pound or more :( I was even able to finally go to the restroom!! But I am also even more sore today than yesterday, so that could be part of it. I think this week I am going to weigh M, W, Sat. Maybe that will ease the morning frustration :)
Off to work this morning! Here is what I am having today:

(this part is going to sound sooo silly to you i'm sure - but it's real) It is so easy to follow with the date at top so I can tell I am watching the most current day. I am new to this whole blogging thing and sometimes when I am trying to learn about hcg I am frustated with some hcgers that they don't list a date or phase day or menu. It has been soooooo helpful to read your hcg experience. You are so successful and so motivational. You look so amazing.
    I can't say enough - you're wonderful. I have to admit I don't usually leave comments - mainly because I don't feel I have anything as great to say as everybody else. My cute daughter in Maryland says I need to not be a blog stalker and comment - so please know that you are helping and inspiring many people everyday even we don't comments. Keep up the good work.

  2. Ma- you are so sweet! Thank you so much. When started my HCG journey I was scouring the net for anything I could find. I had all these questions and needed answers. That is why I started this. I knew that someday someone else would be starting and want to know what to do, what to eat, etc. Good to know that was true :) And I have to admit it keeps me honest when I know I have to answer to you all :) Hope your round is going well. Let me know how you are doing!

  3. Even though you're thinking -0.6 isn't what you'd hoped for, every bit adds up to a nice total. And I think 0.6 is a good loss for Day 18-- anything over 0.5lb a day is good in my books. It could also be that you are holding onto some fluids with all the working out you've been doing-- a' la painting.

    Chin up, this round is going to add up to a good one!
