Down -1.0 lbs! Yeah! I was worried the heavy excercise yesterday could hinder me, but thank goodness it didn't because I love to excercise. I am going to try to play volleyball tonight... can't wait! Today was good. Not as high energy as yesterday, but still good. Went out to the movies with the hubby. New Challenge: Restaurants! I packed my chicken,apple,lemon,and melba and brought it with me. I just ordered a plain side salad and put my chicken with crumbled melba on top. Squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper, and I was good to go. It was a little hard to watch the hubby eat burger and fries, but I could only eat my salad and about a quarter of my apple. Which worked out, since I had the rest of my apple for the movie. Excellent movie by the way: The Time Travlers Wife.

Morning: Yerba Mate Tea cold
Lunch: chicken,romaine,apple,melba
Dinner: orange roughy,tomato,orange
Thats about it. It is 9pm and I am off to play my favorite sport: Volleyball!! Let's hope I don't fall down from exhaustion! :)
