Day Nineteen...

Down -.4 lbs.  Moving in the right direction.  Slow but moving :)  My friend and I have been toying around with the idea of weighing in once a week.  We don't cheat, and we know what we can and can't eat at this point.  We also know that the loses get much more sporadic from this point on and there will be more and more days with no loss or minor losses in between the bigger ones.  So instead of stressing or fretting over that, why not see one big move once a week??  No matter how prepared for no/minor losses, it still seems to knock you down a little mentally. Weds are when we measure so I think starting Weds we will weigh in and then test our theory out and wait a week for the next weigh in.
