Here is what I ate today:
Morning: Yerba Mate Tea Hot, 1/2 baked apple
Lunch: Romaine,Chicken, 1/2 baked apple
Dinner: Tilapia,asparagus, 1/2 baked apple
Pretty good day. Felt much better. Anxious for P3, hoping there won't have to be too many steak days:)
