R1 P3 D3...

Still -.2 under LIW.   Did the usual 45 minute walk and various chores.  Not very exciting today.

Here is what I ate today:

2 eggs with 2 whites
3 turkey sausages
1/2 oz  pepper jack cheese
salsa
1/2 apple

2 chocolate coconut almond butter ball thingys :)

"oopsie" bread pizzas
veggies with ranch
italian soda

chicken, blueberries

egg salad in lettuce leaves
veggies with ranch
1/4 pear
1 slice onion bread (raw type you make in a dehydrator.  Onions, seeds, oil)

chocolate mug cake

Pretty good day.  I always feel like I am eating too much!  Amazing how much you really can eat and not gain!
