R1 P3 D2...

Still -.4 lbs from LIW!!  I thought for sure I was going to wake up and have gained 3 pounds!  What a relief :)  Went for a 45 minute walk this morning and played about 45 minutes of 1 on 1 volleyball in the afternoon.  

Here is what I ate today:

Protien Shake: protien powder,greek yougurt,berries,coconut milk,shredded coconut.
3 Turkey Sausages.

Egg Salad in romaine leaves, veggies with ranch.

Chocolate Coconut covered strawberries

Chicken Parmesan, salad, 1/2 apple

Good day, and good food! ;)
