R2 LM D19...

Oops, +1.0 over LIW! Had Red Robin for dinner and 1/2 gingerbread shake :) I looked back and when I had the same thing last week I had a gain as well, but I had been way under LIW so it did not take me above. I will need to be a good girl today and eat clean :) Had a blazing headache yesterday from 4:00 pm on! I did finish my protein bar that has sugar alcohol in it right before it started. Makes me question my theory about sugar alcohol and my headaches???

Here is what I ate today:

protein shake
ezekiel english muffin with butter and honey

rr club burger, cantalope, and diet coke

1 oz cheddar

fage with berries, coconut flakes, and madacamias

dark chocolate espresso trail mix

Busy day. Went shopping and to lunch with a friend. Great time!!

  1. Hi Jen....did you notice if you had a harder time stablizing on your second round of P3?

    I only want to loss about 8 more lbs, which seems like such a small amount but they are subborn fats on me! lol So I am thinking of doing a second round. I am just about done with my 3rd week of P3 right now...and I am sort of afraid of messing up what I so far accomplished. After to rock the boat. haha

    What are your thoughts?

    I got hunger edema swelling the day I started my 2nd p3. So that first week was a little harder than the first p3, but then it settled right back down. If I had not gotten that, I don't think I would have had any problems at all. Even with the rough start of the 2nd p3, I stayed below the 2# mark, and it eventually dropped below LIW. If I do what I am supposed to, then both rounds I have locked in about .4 under LIW.
    As for losing more weight, you can use HCG until your body tells you its done. If there is no more abnormal fat on your body, you will stop losing and be starving. Then you know you are done. Did you experience any of this of that your last round?? If not, then I don't think you will have a problem. What could happen is you start your next round and 1/2 way thru you have this happen. If so, you are supposed to double your food and just ride out the 23 days not trying to lose anymore. Then go on to p3 as usual.
    I would just make sure your goals are realistic and that you need to really lose those 8 lbs. If your body is really where it should be and you are trying to push it lower, then that is where I have seen people struggle to stay at that lower weight and the body wants to go back to the higher number. There is an Amie Sue on the HCGDIETINFO forums and she was 114# and 5'3". According to the height and weight charts 111 is the low with 148 the high. If this is you, then I would consider not rocking the boat :) But you could try it and see if your body would maintain the lower weight. It would be hard to stabilize though if the body keeps trying to go higher and won't sit at the new lower weight. Great job on your first round. It feels so good to make it thru and be able to stabilize doesn't it!! :)

    Clarity, I will keep you posted and see if my theory is correct. I am going ahead with my consult with Warnock today. I also have a consult with Moore, who says he can do this with no pain requiring narcotic pain meds and I can go out to dinner or a movie the same night, and raise my arms from day one?? Did you hear of him??

  4. Thank you Jen for responding. That Amie Sue is me as well :P Busted! lol Everything you said made sense and I am going to think good and hard on it. At the tail end of my P2 I didn't get really hungry but my weight remained the same for about 4 days. Maybe that was my indicator. I work very hard on listening to my body but how it reacts to HCG is so different than what I am use to. I shall take your words of wisdom to heart. Have a happy day!
