Here is what I ate today:

cherries and orange slices
muffin with cream cheese
flax ball
almond bark
hamburger with tomatoes and cc over cabbage
zucchini and yellow squash sauteed in coconut oil and montreal
mini coconut ice cream sandwich
1 sf peanut butter cup
Off to a late meeting. Boring day. Just cleaning and that was it :(
How was the consult?
ReplyDeleteDr. Bindrup was AMAZING! The consult went great and I feel completely confident in him. He has performed over 9000 augmentations! One thing he said was that he stands behind his work and that if there was a rupture within 10 years he would replace them with no cost to me. (implants are always covered but not your surgeons fee, O.R. fee, or anesthesia.) He also said that if there were any complications for the first 3 years he would not charge any physicians fees, only the anesthesia and facility fee. He also practices sharp dissection rather than blunt, so there is considerably less pain and quicker recovery to the patient. You could definitely feel like you were talking with an expert, and his bedside manner is incredible. Makes you feel like you are the most important thing and that he wants to get the best possible results for you and your body type. Highly impressed :) Now I am not so nervous and am really getting excited! By this time next week, I will have the new additions :)
