Here is what I ate today:
protein shake
ezekiel english muffin with butter and honey
flax ball
hamburger (no bun), with lettuce and tomato, sliced apple
string cheese, cherries, muffin with cc, flax ball
chicken and veggies, fage with cinnamon and coconut flakes
mini coconut ice cream sandwich (agave sweetened)
Today I went back to the Dr. one last time. I decided to stick with what I chose. I should end up a full C or a small D. Sounds perfect! :)
