R1 P3 D14...

-1.0 under LIW! That surprised me this morning :) I ate dinner at 8:30 and did not get as much water as I wanted to. l did not eat as much yesterday since I was so busy. BUT, either way I will take it :)

Here is what I ate today:

Protein shake
3 turkey sausages
1/2 haystack

curry chicken salad
1/2 apple with sweet cream cheese
haystack

flax cracker
string cheese
1/2 small banana

steak
salad with ranch
veggies
fruit salad

italian soda

Pretty good day. Work was slammed so I still did not get in all of my water and did not have dinner until 8:30 again. Went for 45 minute walk.
