R2 P2 D4...

Down -2.8 lbs! Not as much as I had hoped for, but I'll take it. I am now 2.2 above my LIW. I weighed early this morning, so I will check again at normal time to see if it is any better :)

Here is what I ate today:

Chicken, tomato, apple, grissini

tilapia, asparagus, strawberry choc smoothie

Tried weighing again but got about 4 different weights! Decided to leave it the same and see what tomorrow brings.
