R2 P2 D3...

Up +2.2 lbs! Not as bad as I thought it would be but still!! So that is a total of 4.6 lbs of load weight, plus the .4 I was already up from LIW. 5.0 total pounds to get rid of before I am in virgin territory :) I lost 4.6 lbs my first VLCD day in Round 1, so I am hoping for a repeat. 150's here I come....

Here is what I ate today:

1/2 apple
celery
chicken

chicken
orange

Was not really prepared, so I did not have my melba or my veggies really. Going to the store today!
