R3 P2 D18....

Finally down -1.0 lbs! TOM is on it's way out. I hope I can get in some good losses over this last week! :)

Here is what I ate today:

tea, 1/2 apple

fage and strawberries

1/2 breadstick, tea

chicken, tomato, 1/2 baked apple, 1/2 breadstick

walked 30 minutes, 15 reps light resistance.

    But believe it or not it didn't derail me today. Partly because the scale also registered 26% bf, which is much better!
    My energy is better today too, so that is good.
    My numbers on the bike are coming up as well. that is all good.
    I also remember at this same time in my last round my one scale (the one I used this morning) registered nothing for days and then dipped 2 pounds, and my other scale registered .4 everyday during that time. I forgot to try that scale this morning.
    Anyway....I will let you know. I want to get this over with, but I also want to walk away with my muscle mass.....Oh and 129 is a set point for me where I have lived for years before so it is I guess not that surprising. I was really hoping to get to 124 for my LIW....that would be awesome.

  2. I know what you mean! I really thought I would maybe hit 140, but with the stall and TOM, I don't think that is going to happen. I want 145 no matter what, and that still seems like a possibility :) I guess I could just go longer until I hit 140...... even though I don't want to :)
    But I would also like for this to be my last round and maybe going just a bit longer would get me where I want, so I can be done and then go figure how to bring about the composition I want!
    Congrats on the lower BF%, maybe all of your hard work is converting over some of that fat to muscle even though the scale is sitting the same. Progress!!!
    You mentioned you had links on your "site". What is your site?? I tried clicking on your name but it does not give me anything.

    I don't blog like yourself, and can't really being in a public position.
    I mostly use it for my blog roll...I have you there!
    My coach thinks 26% is crap....oh well. I had loads of energy today. and I will be hitting 700 calories, so not sure, but crossing my fingers....finally had some bathroom movement as well.
