Down -0.4 lbs! TOM is still barely hanging on. I was so hoping to hit 145 today, but of course it sits right on the border :) Maybe tomorrow will be the big day!
Here is what I ate today:
tea
1/2 apple, 1/2 breadstick
protein shake with strawberries
1/2 breadstick, tea
chicken, tomato, 1/2 baked apple
mineral water
Please, Please, Please let me see 145 tomorrow....
Still stalled! Don't know what to do. I hate being this weight! I am going to stop fruit for the rest of this round, except for during my long bike ride on the weekend. Will use protein instead so as not drop below 500 calories. Any advice?
Well, you could try an apple day. Did not work for me though last round. The only thing I could think of was cutting fruit and breadsticks like you are talking about. I did that mini steak day on round 1. I did not eat all day and just had my protien and apple. I lost .8 the next day and then 1.2 the next. That was my last losses of that round. But I did try again on the second round and nada! Hard to tell if the "tricks" are even what is causing the loss or if it is just coincidence!!
All that being said, 129-130 is a great place to be :)
