R3 P2 D21....

BIG FAT ZERO!!! It is official, I refuse to weigh in until Sunday morning and just see what my LIW is. I have been fighting off temptations left and right this week for nothing on the scale! I am ready to be done :)

Here is what I ate today:

1/4 apple, tea

tomato, chicken

3/4 apple

fage, strawberries

tea

Is this round over yet????

  1. WOOT!!! I'm down 2.6!!!! I ended up having a 1/4 of an apple with dinner last night.
    Here was the day.
    Protein shake after 1.5 hour ride
    cucumber 1/4 for snack
    1 hour ride
    lunch was turkey and asparagus
    coffee for snack...was dying by then
    Supper was mahi mahi and cabbage 1/4 apple.

    I hope it isn't just glygogen loss from my muscles!
    This morning I added strawberried to my protein shake to see if that would make me feel less dizzy!

  2. Okay, that's it!! I am not talking to you! 2.6 is amazing :) I wish things would move a little lower for me!

    I know there are people who take it both ways since Dr. S says 72 hours in some places and 3 days in others. I usually wait the 3 days. So if my last injection is Sunday I wait until thurs morning. But in the last 2 rounds I was not hungry either during the 3 days. Some people get starving and I think that means the HCG has fully left the system and they are ready to eat now! I think I will see how I feel and then decide.

    Maybe I will do one last ditch effort and do only protein and veggie tomorrow for both lunch and dinner, and do 3 liters of water. I if I could drop 2 more then that would give me a cushion to stay at 145 even if I lock in 2# higher.

  3. Do you mind if I call you sometime? Basically to pick your brain. I could go through and read everything from start to finish but I don't have the time. You seem to be a PLETHORA of info! Thanks-I'm doing o.k. but I still have a few more rounds in front of me. I'm trying to decide 23 or 40. Lose more w/ 40 or do I do the 23 and be able to start the other one sooner and see more of a loss? Really? This is how technical my mind gets....!
