R3 P2 D22...

Yeah, Yeah, I know I could not help it :) Down -0.4 lbs! So today I hit my goal of 145 lbs on the nose!! Very happy about that. I am going to do only veggie and protein for lunch and dinner today. No fruit or breadsticks. I am going to drink 3 liters of water instead of 2, and I will take to the treadmill for 1/2 hour. That will be my final last ditch effort to take off something before last injection tomorrow. You know what is going to happen now don't you?? I will suddenly start losing every day and have to make that my new last injection day.... :)

Here is what I ate today:

Tea

chicken, tomato

Tea

truffle- Don't ask!

tilapia, asparagus

Tea

Did great until someone asked if I wanted a sample!

  1. Hee hee! I knew it! It is actually a good thing, you want to know what is going on with your body.
I have good news too. Better than I expected. Down another 1.2!!!
So now I am 125.6! Today is going to be tricky. Have a 4 hour bike followed by a run. Last weekend I think I didn't lose anything. But I have to fuel these things....and fruit is my best choice. I had a banana last time and have wondered about it being the stall culprit.

I had previously done some reading about athletes switching their internal fuel sources over and that it takes about three weeks to get used to using up stored fat (which happens in the absence of excess carbs) but then you actually see performance gains....yesterday I ran 1.5 hours on one gel, no fruit from the day and no stomach pains! I could feel my consistency in pace as though I was accessing stored fuel....so that is great!!!
There is NO WAY I am extending this round! lol I want pork chops!

  2. Another 1.2!!!! Lucky!! I was wondering about that very thing. I had read that endurance athletes can get their bodies to switch to fat as the primary fuel source, but wondered how long does that transition take?

Sounds like that is what it is doing. I guess if you are going to stay mostly paleo then you can keep that transition going! Good job!

You deserve to see some results from all of your hard work :) Now I am not working out like you, but I am following protocol and have not cheated once. So all I have to say is.......

What about me.....it isn't fair......I'm doing all I'm supposed to......but my body just doesn't care......

Okay, I will stop whining.... for now :0)

I think you might be taller than me...so I bet we are pretty close in size. I am only 5'3
I made it through with tons of power (my bike) just about died on my run....but got the feeling again that indeed I am utilizing stored fat...
Here's something too. I got my TOM this morning! It's two months late but I will take it!
I will only total out at 700 calories....pretty smoking considering the work out.

  5. Congrats on reaching a goal weight! That's a big accomplishment!

I'm debating with myself on continuing with this round or not....I have about 1 week of RX HCG. If I continue I'm going to switch to HHCG. I've been slowly losing inches and then this week I've made some big jumps on the tape measure. What to do?
