R3 P2 D6...

Down -1.2 lbs!! Hate it when it slows down :) Pretty bad when you complain about a 1.2 lb loss. I am having bathroom issues as usual. I tried the magnesium last night, but nothing this morning. I guess I will have to try the smooth move today and see if that helps. I mixed up the high potency this morning and used it today. We will see how that turns out. This morning I was 152.4 so if I took out the weight of the implants I would be 149.9! :)

Here is what I ate today:

1/4 apple, 1/2 breadstick, tea

celery, chicken, 1/2 apple

1/4 apple, 1/2 breadstick, tea

tilapia, asparagus

apple, breadstick

  1. I know...I think we need to give our heads a shake. We get spoiled with these great 2 and 3 pound losses, and then are disappointed when it is only 1 pound.
    I lost 1.2, down to 136.8....but my scale said I was 32% bf....wth? My other scale (yes I know obsessive...) read 139....which I don't think is accurate.
    So I got through my 90 minute bike ride this morning...kept it easy as it is my recovery week. I still worked though. I ate 3 strawberries and one ounce of chicken before and I didn't have a problem. Next week the expiermentation will begin. (with gels).

    Yesterday I had 1/2 orange at 10 am, the other 1/2 at 11:30 before my run. Ran 41 minutes. Lunch was bison and bok choy, apple for snack, dinner was extra lean gound turkey wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves with 1/2 tomato (I know! no mixing, couldn't help it.
    I was hungry last night though.....the smell of food is getting to me!
    Where did you get the high potency....and would there be any difference if you just upped it to say 250? I am at 200 but maybe I will go up. I mixed 2000 so I would originally be good for 10 days.

  2. Hey, if we could lose 1.2 everyday for the rest of the round we would be in heaven!

    I am glad to hear you survived your bike ride :) I am finding the morning hours are hard and right before bed. I try to do 1/4 apple and 1/2 breadstick and tea, and that seems to help. I did mix tomato and lettuce a few times last round and had broccoli. I seemed to do okay with that. I am going to try Fage tomorrow and see how I do. I hope it works because I love Fage!!

    The high potency is from pharmacy escrow. I think you can go up to 250, and then after that it becomes counterproductive and you stop losing or get worse hunger. I mixed 2000 for my friend and her mom with 5cc water so you would get 10 doses of .5. My friend did great but her mom was starving. So we upped her dose to .6 and then she was fine and could continue. You might try upping by .1 each day and see if you feel alot different at any of those doses. I think I am liking the .6 better than the .5. I am interested to see if the losses are any better with the high potency.

  3. Don't feel bad about your losses! I'm still trying to lose the weight I gained from loading. It's been over a week! The great news is that I'm losing inches!

    Hope the scale keeps being good to you!
