R2 P2 D27...

151.8 at LIW. 2nd day of no shot/500 calories. Trying to keep busy and not think about all the yummy stuff I want to eat on p3 :)

Here is what I ate today:

grissini

chicken, veggies, 1/2 apple

1/2 apple

grissini

protein shake with strawberries

One more day down, and one more to go until bacon, eggs, and cheese..... :)

  2. Actually, physically I am less hungry during these 3 days which is weird. That happened last round too. But still can't wait for the good stuff :)
