R2 P3 D5...

Down .6 lbs! That puts me just +.2 lb over LIW. I have been eating a ton. And all of the great food I ate last p3, seems to be a-okay this round too! I feel so much better :)

Here is what I ate today:

Choc almond flax ball

Protein shake, coconut flour muffin with butter and sf jam

string cheese, 1/2 apple, almond flax ball

tuna salad, celery and zucchini with ranch, 1/2 apple w/ cream cheese, sf mint patty

2 almond flax balls

taco salad, pumpkin coconut flour muffin with cream cheese
sf pecan delight

Very full! :) Tried pumpkin muffin. Pretty good, but a little dry. I think I cooked them a little too long :)
