R2 P3 D11...

Back to 152.4! That's +.6 above LIW. Body likes this number or right around it. I was a little nervous about my restaurant meal and sodium, but it seemed to do ok. And that cobb salad at Red Robin is to die for!

Here is what I ate today:

apple pie protein shake, banana muffin with cream cheese

string cheese, 10 almonds

tuna fish on celery sticks, pear, 2 pieces dark choc

1 oz cheddar, 1/2 muffin with cream cheese, 1/2 tangerine

hamburger w/pepper jack, salad, 1/2 baked apple

chocolate coconut almond bark

Put in 45 minutes on the treadmill. Hope you all are doing well. I really love p3! ;)
