R2 P3 D7...

Back to that same number 152.4! That puts me at +.6 lbs above LIW. I bought a new box of altoids and did not even think to look at the ingredients. Sugar is the number one ingredient! I will not be having those anymore :) Need to go get the sugar free mints.

Here is what I ate today:

almond flax ball

2 eggs + 2 whites, bacon bits and cheddar
coconut flour muffin

apple, string cheese, almond flax ball

1/2 c yogurt with berries, 1 oz cheddar

chicken, mashed cauliflower, zucchini and cucumber with ranch

choc, coconut, almond bark

Busy day! Got lots done :)
