Up +1.0 over LIW! After reviewing the last week it looks like my body wants to stay somewhere around .5 to 1.0 over LIW. Thats pretty good. It seems pretty stable and not doing large jumps. I am pretty sure I am ovulating this week so it could be slightly higher due to that. We will see if it goes back down. If not, one pound over is okay with me :)
Here is what I ate today:
protein shake, coconut flour muffin
10 almonds, string cheese
chicken, mashed cauliflower, pear
coconut almond bark, 1 oz cheddar
2 eggs + 2 whites, bacon bits and cheddar
yogurt and berries
2 sf candies and italian soda at the movies!
