Here is what I ate today:
coconut flour pancakes, yogurt with berries
2 eggs + 2 whites with bacon and cheddar, 1/2 pear
10 almonds, 1/2 pear, string cheese
10 almonds, 1 piece dark chocolate
McD's angus burger deluxe (no bun), apples
broccoli with ranch, coconut almond bark
Need to make some more muffins :)
