Here is what I ate today:
2 eggs + 2 whites with bacon and cheddar
banana muffin with cream cheese
10 almonds, apple, string cheese
hamburger with pepper jack, salad with ranch
coconut almond bark
tuna fish with celery, 1/2 pear, 1/2 muffin w/cc
italian soda
Hoping the scale is nice tomorrow:)
