R2 P4 D4...

Down to -0.2 under LIW! Going to add in ezekiel bread with breakfast this morning.

Here is what I ate today:

Almond flax ball, tea with cream

2 eggs + 2 whites
3 turkey sausages
1 slice ezekiel bread with butter
1/4 apple

string cheese

1 cup fage with raspberries, apples, macadamias, coconut flakes and cinnamon
coconut almond bark

almond flax ball

hamburger "stuff" (see recipe below)
cabbage
1/2 pear

Italian soda, 1 sf candy


This was soooo good!

1 lb hamburger
1 can ro-tel tomatoes
4-6 oz cream cheese
chili powder and sprinkle of taco seasoning to taste
salt and pepper to taste

brown hamburger and drain. Add tomatoes. Add cream cheese until melted a bubbly. I put this over a bed of shredded cabbage. AWESOME!

Also, put in 1/2 hour on the treadmill.
