Oh for pete's sake! Now only +0.4! Which is good, but also means I could wake up tomorrow 3+ lbs due to TOM and have to do a steak day on Christmas eve!! That is the only day I did not want to do one :( I was sure I would be up over the 2# mark today. I can't decide wether I should do a high protein day today to try to bring down the weight to possibly avoid gaining over the 2# mark, or just eat a clean day again??? Usually when TOM comes, it doesn't matter what I do. I gain 3 lbs, do a steak day, it is gone the next morning and back under LIW. How annoying :(
Here is what I ate today:
2 eggs + 2 whites
2 sausages
ezekiel english muffin with butter and honey
cheddar, 1/2 apple, almonds
fage with berries, apple, macadamias and coconut flakes
muffin
muffin with cream cheese
red robin cobb salad, diet coke
1 sf candy
Please, Please, Please let me get thru Christmas before TOM arrives and the dreaded gain..... :)
So try out the Apple/Cheese Day I came up with... It's been taking off 3# for most who try it out.
