Here is what I ate today:
protein shake and ezekiel muffin with butter and sf jam
red robin california chicken burger with no bun, and fruit instead of fries
fried zucchini with most breading removed
diet coke
string cheese, almonds, macaroon
lettuce with hamburger stuff on top and sprinkle of cheddar
1/2 apple
italian soda
Went out with friends for my birthday a day early since I have to work tomorrow. Good times with good friends.
