Here is what I ate today so far:
protein shake
muffin with cream cheese
1 strip of bacon
2 sour gummy bears :)
apple, almonds, cheddar, muffin with cream cheese
1 mint candy
Let's see how the rest of the night goes...... maybe I should just let loose for the first time since August and enjoy the holiday food :) Impending steak day due to TOM anyway, why not?
