-0.6 under LIW! So far everything I have tried has been okay on p4. I try to eat it early in the day, and have not tried 2 in one day. I really am loving the ezekiel english muffins in the morning. Maybe today I will try that and have a larabar as a snack later. Still eating dinner between 5:30 and 6:00. Don't do carbs at that meal if possible. Sometimes a little fruit. And always coconut almond bark for dessert! :)
Here is what I ate today:
protein shake, ezekiel english muffin with butter and sf jam
taco salad
2 sf candies, string cheese
2 eggs + 2 whites with bacon and cheddar
1/2 pear
muffin with cream cheese
coconut almond bark
Finished up Christmas odds and ends! Busy day :)
