Here is what I ate today:
Protein shake, muffin with cream cheese
triobar
cup of fage with raspberries, apple, macadamias and coconut flakes
string cheese, muffin
hamburger "stuff" with cabbage, 1/2 apple
coconut almond bark
Tried the triobar today. It is all fruit and nuts. There are 8 grams of sugar, that comes from the fruit and evaporated cane juice. We shall see how the scale is tomorrow :)
