Exactly the same at 144.0! I did fine yesterday. Hunger was not any worse. One day closer to an omelet!! Trying to keep really busy so the time flies :) Over the past couple of days I bought 2 pair of size 8 pants and the cutest (expensive) pair of jeans at Buckle!! LOVE them!
Nice! a pair of jeans is always I nice reward. I wish I had the same expierence. Now my clothes fit the way they should.

A chicken thigh with spinach for lunch and
a pork loin at least seven ounces with brocolli!
It isn't enough calories yet, but it I am hungry I will add some deli meat. So excited about protein! and FAT!
P3 here you come! Do you have LifeCaps? I found they were a must-have when I was worried about feeling hunger pangs- especially on those 3 days w/ no dose.
