Round 3 Phase 3 begins!

Down -0.8 lbs! 143.6! The swelling went down last night, I had to pee forever! I made haystacks for today, but ended up eating 2 last night! SO GOOD! I took my final measurements and have lost 15.25 inches this round! I don't think I look a ton different from last round, but I think that is because I lost some muscle tone too. Once I get back to the gym, I think it will be great! I finally went to Victoria Secret to get fitted for a bra that actually fits! 34DD!! Holy Cow! Here is a pic of them settled down and no swelling:

And here is my final pic this morning in my new bikini. I still have lots of work to do, but I am very pleased. Here are the new jeans too :)

What a long journey this has been, but an exciting one! So from beginning to end, here you go!

I am now going to go eat an omelet!!!

Here is what I ate today:

Haystack

2 eggs + 2 whites, 2 slices bacon, sprinkle of cheddar with salsa and sour cream, 1/2 apple

tuna with celery sticks, haystack

string cheese, 6 almonds, 6 pecans, 2 dried apricot halves

hot chocolate (coconut milk, stevia, cocoa)

steak and broccoli

flax muffin with cream cheese, piece of coco crack :)

Tried alot today. Hopefully I will be okay tomorrow...

You dont even look like the same woman.
And you look so happy. Very noticeable is your beautiful smile. Im am sooooo very happy for you. I know it was hard work but so very worth it.

About Me

I lost 75 lbs between Jan. 9, 2009 and March 4th, 2010. I lost the first 35 on my own and then hit the plateau. I started my first round of HCG on Aug 19th, 2009 and finished my third round March 4th, 2010. I maintained that pretty well thru the end of the year. Then all hell broke loose and so did the diet :) I regained about 25lbs of the 75lbs I lost. I started HCG again, and then with a lot of research realized that maybe HCG was not the answer. I am now in the process of learning lifelong eating habits, and also learning more about my metabolism and how to make it more effective. This is my journey....

p2 Recipe Ideas

Almost Chili: Portion lean hamburger or chicken, portion tomato,salt, pepper, chili powder,cumin. Cook meat in frying pan. Add tomatoes and maybe a TBSP water and the spices. Simmer till heated thru. SO GOOD!
Strawberry Chocolate Sorbee/Slush: portion of FROZEN strawberries, 1/2-3/4 cup water, few ice cubes, 1 TBSP cocoa powder, stevia to taste. Blend until smooth. Need a really good blender or set strawberries out to thaw a little bit before hand. This was really good.
Strawberry Ice Cream: cottage cheese portion, frozen strawberry portion, stevia to taste, tbsp of milk if you haven't use it today, drop or two of vanilla. Blend until creamy. Might need tiny bit of water to get it going in the blender.
Lemon Icee: 1/2 lemon juiced, 1 cup water, 1 cup ice, 1 stevia packet, 1 strawberry optional. Put in blender until icee texture. Yum!
Dressing for Strawberry Spinach Salad: 1/2c water, 1/4 white vinegar, 3 packets stevia, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds. Spinach with chicken, strawberries and this dressing is great.
